Standard conditions for the hiring and servicing of Leaf toilets, skips and related equipment.
Hiring / Servicing of Toilets and Skips
Standard service hours are 7:30am–5:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:00am–11:30am Saturday. The office is closed Sundays and public holidays. Deliveries outside these hours may attract overtime or related charges.
Orders paid for and not cancelled within five working days are non-refundable. Cancellations must be in writing.
Cancellation of a permanent service requires written notice and may take 48 hours to action.
Non-account customers must pay at least 36 hours before the required delivery date.
Do not make payments directly to drivers. Request an official computer-generated receipt.
Delivery and collection times cannot be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for equipment after delivery, including theft, breakage, graffiti, fire and other damage.
Equipment and services should be signed for by the customer or an authorised representative. A contactable mobile number must be supplied.
Temporary hire applies for periods up to one week. Permanent rates apply beyond one week.
Portable toilets include one roll of toilet paper; servicing includes replacement toilet paper. VIP toilets include one toilet roll, paper hand towels and hand soap.
Additional consumables must be arranged and paid for when placing the order.
Transport is calculated using delivery and collection travel to and from the venue.
Temporary hire outside Gaborone may attract a P500 transport deposit, adjusted once the final travel distance is confirmed.
Equipment is tested on delivery and is then deemed to be in working order.
No cheques are accepted for temporary hire. Cash, EFT, debit and credit card payments are accepted.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for toilet and skip deliveries. Skip and toilet servicing should be arranged 48 hours in advance.
Portable toilets are hired on the basis that they are serviced at least weekly. Skips are hired on the basis that they are serviced at least monthly.
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the quotation date.
